Shipping policy

All domestic orders for in-stock items are processed within 5 business days and shipped Monday through Friday. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Orders placed on Fridays will ship the following Monday.

Casalta partners with UPS for shipping. Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Casalta is not responsible for shipments once they are in the hands of UPS. For issues beyond the tracking information provided, please contact UPS directly.

Signature Required

Casalta does not automatically include a signature requirement for deliveries. If you would like your package to require a signature upon delivery, please contact us at objects@casalta.nyc immediately after placing your order and include your order number.

Without a signature requirement, deliveries are made at the discretion of the carrier. If tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, you will need to follow up directly with UPS. Without a signature, Casalta cannot verify or locate packages that are marked as delivered.

By choosing not to request a signature, you acknowledge that Casalta is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by UPS.

International Shipping

Casalta currently ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and select European countries.

We partner with UPS for international shipping. Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

All international orders are subject to taxes, duties, and fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are typically billed by UPS after delivery. We are required by law to declare the full retail value of all items and cannot mark packages as gifts. Customs agents may inspect or delay shipments at their discretion. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Orders valued over $2,500 may be held at customs until duties and fees are paid, as required by law. Refused orders will incur return shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.

All prices are listed and processed in USD. To estimate the final cost of your purchase, we recommend checking the current exchange rate. Some banks may charge a currency conversion fee; please check with your bank for details.

Shipping Restrictions

We are currently unable to ship to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories. Orders placed with these addresses will be canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send photographs to objects@casalta.nyc within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to keep the original packaging and items. For missing or lost orders, contact us at the same email within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
